Do you keep cakes on hand?
No, we bake all of them fresh to order, they are tastier that way!

Do you ship your cakes?
No

How do I order a custom designed cake?
You can order a cake by calling, emailing or stopping by. Any of our employees will be happy to help you.

What flavors do you offer and what size do I need?
We have a wide variety of sizes and flavors. Our most popular flavors are our white almond and our fudge chocolate, and a combo of the two (called our Tuxedo Cake) is the best of both worlds. Download our copy of our brochure on our Specialty Cake Page for a list of cake flavors, fillings, icings and sizes.

Can I order online?
You can send us an email with a request for a cake with all your details, the date the cake is needed, photos of what you are looking for, flavors, etc. and we will get back to you in a few days. Please follow up with a phone call to make sure we received your order.

How much will a custom cake cost?
Decorating a custom cake will start at $15 extra and go up from there. We can provide a quote for you once we have all the details for the design.

Can you match the colors I want?
With all icings there are some colors we cannot create. We will do our best to get as close to your color choices as we can.

How far ahead do I need to order a cake?
During most times of the year, we need 3-5 days notice. However, at the end of May and beginning of June, we book up quickly, so it is best to place your order 10-14 days ahead.

What if I have to make changes or cancel my order?
All changes and cancelations must be made before the beginning of the week in which your order is due. After that we accept no changes or cancelations.

Do you do cakes for people with nut, milk, or gluten allergies?
Nut Allergies- While many of our products do not contain nuts, all of our baked goods are made on the premises in the same kitchen, and so may have been in contact with nuts.
Gluten free or dairy free products- we do offer gluten-free options and most of our cakes can be made dairy free.

Can I have my cake delivered?
Unfortunately we do not have the man-power to deliver cakes, we only deliver wedding cakes.

What is the best way to store my cake until my event?
The best way to keep a cake frosted in buttercream fresh is to refrigerate it. If you do not have refrigerator space, and you are going to be serving the cake the same day, the cake will be fine in a cool spot (out of the sun) such as your basement or garage.
