sandwich-maker April Wysocki started her business in 1996
when she renovated a small house and created her bakery The
Country Cake Cupboard. The bakery specializes in custom
cakes, birthday cakes, wedding cakes and special occasion
cakes. In 2005 a cafe was added and the business expanded
to sandwiches and soup, breakfast and coffee, as well as
the usual treats, cupcakes, cookies, bars, and pies people
have come to know and love.
